About Rookies

The goal for Rookies Fitness Academy is to provide guided and personalized physical training to all youth athletes through High School. The aim is to build knowledge, confidence, and strength.

About Coach

I am a passionate sports coach and love to workout. I decided to put the two together and finally start doing what I love. I have my certification as a personal trainer from National Academy of Sports Medicine and currently pursuing my degree in exercise science.
